Our manufacturing process
Nevermined lab-grown diamonds are grown exclusively using the CVD process, or ‘Chemical Vapour Deposition’. In this process, small diamond plates, known as seeds, are placed in a vacuum chamber. Under precisely defined conditions, carbon is deposited atom by atom onto these seeds until genuine diamonds are formed. In our laboratory in Essen, we combine this highly complex process with 100% certified green electricity, German precision and the highest quality standards in accordance with the 4Cs. The result is diamonds that are optically, chemically and physically equivalent to mined diamonds – but with a clear focus on transparency, fairness and sustainability.
