Terms and Conditions for the ‘Fancy Colour of the Season’ competition
Promoter
The promoter of the prize draw is Nevermined GmbH, Ruhrtalstraße 77, 45239 Essen (hereinafter "Nevermined").
Eligibility to Participate
Only entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (in particular goldsmiths, jewelry manufacturers, jewelers and commercial resellers) who have their registered office within the European Union or Switzerland and place an order through the Nevermined online shop during the promotional period are eligible to participate.
Employees of Nevermined GmbH and persons appointed to carry out the competition are excluded from participation.
Participation
Participation is automatic when an order is placed in the Nevermined online shop during the promotion period with a minimum order value of €450 or CHF 420 net (excluding shipping costs). Each qualifying order receives one entry into the draw. Multiple orders during the promotion period are permitted and increase the chances of winning accordingly.
Action period
The contest begins on 06.08.2026 and ends on 30.08.2026, 11:59 PM (CEST).
The decisive factor is the receipt of the fully completed order.

will be raffled.
The prize is non-transferable. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
Winner determination
The winner will be selected at random after the promotional period ends.
Notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Nevermined reserves the right to select a new winner.
Return of Orders
Orders that are fully withdrawn or canceled such that the purchase value falls below 450 euros do not participate in the raffle. The decisive factor is the finally completed purchase.
Privacy
The personal data collected in connection with participation will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.

Liability
Nevermined is liable exclusively in accordance with statutory provisions.
Nevermined reserves the right to adjust or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for good cause if this becomes necessary for technical or legal reasons.
Final Provisions
The right to appeal is excluded.
Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
